Why Toomac Ophthalmic?

At Toomac Ophthalmic we are committed to supplying only the highest quality ophthalmic, orthoptic and ENT products. We pride ourselves on our customer service, providing personalised assistance to each customer.

How do I place an order?

It's easy! Simply identify what it is that you need, and either email the order to sales@toomac.co.nz or call us on 0508 443 5347. You can also use the Contact Us form to place an order or ask for more information.

Don't forget to include: a delivery address, company name, phone number, item description, quantity, and an order number (if required).

Orders received before 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped out on the same day.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most products are available off-the-shelf from our warehouse in Auckland. North Island deliveries are usually overnight, South Island deliveries are usually 2-3 days. We can offer an urgent courier service for Auckland, and overnight delivery for the South Island, at an additional charge, however we cannot guarantee these time-frames so it pays to order well in advance.

If we do not hold the product at our warehouse, we will endeavour to notify you of the lead time for delivery.

What if I don’t have an account with Toomac Ophthalmic?

Not a problem! Give us a call on 0508 443 5347 and we can organise a cash sale either via credit card payment or internet banking; or you may prefer to open an account with us. Download the application form from our Library.

Do you supply products through your website/online?

We don’t offer online shopping, however you can use the Contact Us form to place an order or to ask for more information.

Can I return items?

Toomac Ophthalmic provides premium products however we do understand that there may be an occasion where you wish to request a return. Please contact us to discuss your situation. Unfortunately, we may not allow returns after 14 days of receipt or for custom made items, unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please read our Returns Policy here.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

Regrettably, we only ship within New Zealand.
