We endeavour to have all orders which are received before 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, processed and shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 4.00 pm will be shipped the following business day.

It is Toomac Ophthalmic’s intention to provide the highest quality products to our customers and customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from receipt of product), either by email to email@example.com or by phone on 0508 443 5347.
Toomac Ophthalmic provides a minimum of a 1-year warranty on all electronic and mechanical equipment. We are proud to offer a 10-year warranty on Haag-Streit Slit Lamps. Please contact us for more details on our warranties.
In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged product we may ask you to return the goods to us for inspection with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. We will check the product and if it is considered faulty, we will provide a replacement product or, if this is not possible, we will provide a refund including the cost of freight.
We realise on occasions you may wish to return products that are no longer required. Please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from receipt of product), either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0508 443 5347, to discuss if the product can be returned.
We take pride in our service and will attempt to take returns where possible, but please note that returned goods, and packaging, must be in “as new” condition. We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
- You have contacted us outside the 14-day period
- The product has been unpackaged
- The product has been damaged
- The box, or instructions, have been lost or damaged
- The product was ordered specifically at your request, and you have changed your mind.
- The product is contaminated (unless a Certificate of Decontamination is supplied).
